REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! Please read our refund and replacement guidelines carefully, as they are designed to offer quick resolutions.

1. 7-DAY REPLACEMENT / RETURN WINDOW
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or replacement.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return or free replacement, your item must meet one of the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The wrong product, size, or color was sent to you.
- The product is completely non-functional.

Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

3. HOW TO PROCEED (REQUIRED PROOF)
To initiate a return or replacement, please email us at support@gulfdrop.store or message our WhatsApp support with:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear photo or short unboxing video showing the damage, defect, or wrong item.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement pickup and exchange.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) REFUNDS
If your order was paid via Cash on Delivery and a refund is approved (rather than a replacement), the refund will be processed via:
- Bank Transfer (within your local country).
- Store Credit / Discount Voucher.
Please note that cash refunds cannot be given at the door by courier agents.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Personal care items, cosmetics, and opened beauty products (due to hygiene reasons).
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
